Terms of Service
These terms apply to the QuizJet Telegram bot (@QuizJetBot), its Mini App and quizjet.app. By using QuizJet you agree to them. Telegram's own Terms of Service also apply.
1. The service
QuizJet lets you create quizzes by hand or with AI, run them in private chats, groups and channels, schedule them and share them. The free and Premium plans have usage limits; the current limits are shown in the bot. Features and limits can change over time.
2. Who can use QuizJet
You must be allowed to use Telegram under Telegram's terms and the law of your country.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the quizzes you create. You allow us to store, process, display and run them so we can provide the service, including showing them publicly in the Discover catalog and on quizjet.app when you turn Discover on. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to use it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use QuizJet to create or spread content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or extremist, that exploits minors, that infringes other people's rights, or that is spam or misleading. Do not try to disrupt or overload the service or get around its limits. We can remove content, take quizzes out of Discover or restrict accounts that break these rules.
5. AI-generated content
AI can make mistakes. Check questions and answers before you use them, especially for teaching or assessment. You are responsible for the quizzes you run or publish.
6. Premium and payments
- Premium is bought inside Telegram with Telegram Stars. Telegram processes the payment.
- Each package gives Premium for a fixed period, for example one week, one month or one year. It does not renew automatically.
- Premium raises the usage limits; fair-use limits still apply. The price and limits of each package are shown in the bot before you pay.
- If Premium does not work as described, or you were charged by mistake, email support@quizjet.app with your Telegram username and the purchase details. We review refund requests one by one; approved refunds are returned as Telegram Stars.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep QuizJet running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We can change or discontinue features. We update these terms when needed; the date at the top shows the current version.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using QuizJet at any time by blocking the bot. We can suspend access if you break these terms.
9. Liability
QuizJet is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for loss of data or content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
