Email support@quizjet.app. Include your Telegram username or user ID so we can find your account. We answer as soon as we can.

Payments and refunds

Tell us the date of the purchase and which Premium package you bought. If you can, add a screenshot of the payment receipt Telegram showed you in the chat with the bot. Refund rules are in the Terms of Service, section 6.

Report a quiz

Send the quiz link or code and tell us what is wrong. We review every report and can remove a quiz from Discover or delete it.

To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, see section 6 of the Privacy Policy.

Using the bot

Send /help to @QuizJetBot to see the commands. Create a quiz with /newquiz or generate one with AI with /aiquiz.
